The Walking Dead Pool Finale

The Walking Dead Pool Final Round: Who Will Die at Terminus?

Warning: There are spoilers for previous episodes in this post and likely in the comments. But please, no spoilers for un-aired episodes. We will delete those if we see them.

First, we honor the recently dead.

Len

Nobody guessed Len in the last round because he’s such a minor character he wasn’t on the poll. And not even his own crew felt sorry for him because he’s such a jerk, certainly not while they were stomping him. Instead Bob was the top vote-getter, with 17.5 percent of the vote. Beth was second with 15.8 percent of the vote. And Daryl third with 12.9 percent.

Instead of asking who is the next to go this time, we’re just asking you who you think will die in the finale. The poll allows multiple answers, including none of the above. And while you’re here, consider joining our forums, where great threads about such topics are made every day.

wdseason4-4Rick Grimes
Robert Kirkman has teased the finale will push Rick to his “absolute limit.” That doesn’t sound like Rick dies, exactly, but it sure sounds like bad stuff is in store for him at Terminus.

carlCarl Grimes
What would push Rick to his absolute limit? The death of Carl would sure do it. Would The Walking Dead kill off even more kids?

Baby JudithBaby Judith
Or maybe it’s the death of Judith. Did The Walking Dead allow Judith to survive at least two recent brushes with death just to set her up for a third? It’s tough being a baby in the apocalypse.

MichonneMichonne
Yeah, right, you’re probably thinking. Michonne is the ultimate survivor, a walker-slaying demon with a razor-sharp katana. And we’re just starting to get hints of her backstory. But it pays never to get too comfortable in The Walking Dead world. She’s getting closer to Rick and Carl, and killing her would be a wicked rug-yanking moment.

Daryl DixonDaryl Dixon
Will Daryl be the “last man standing?” What if the other man was Rick? The group Daryl has joined up with is out to kill Rick. Has Daryl figured it out? What will he do to stop it? And what about Beth?

CarolCarol Peletier
Carol has been through the wringer, but she’s come out clean. She admitted to Tyreese that she was the one who killed Karen and David. Although she put a gun on the table and told Tyreese to do what he had to do, Tyreese chose forgiveness over revenge. Carol also had to put down Lizzie after Lizzie snapped and killed Mika. Carol is a person who will survive at any cost, but is that enough in Terminus?

Beth GreeneBeth Greene
Things certainly look bad for Beth. After bonding with Daryl over the past few episodes she was kidnapped by mysterious parties for unknown, but certainly not pleasant, reasons. And we haven’t seen her for a while. Daryl is on the case, but will he be too late?

Glenn RheeGlenn Rhee
Glenn, Maggie, and Abraham’s group entered Terminus and seemingly a bright, sunshiney new day. But is it really? Does “make you a plate” have sinister connotations?

Bob StookeyBob Stookey
Bob is at Terminus too, and growing closer to Sasha. Is being one of the first to arrive at Terminus a good thing? That doesn’t seem likely.

MaggieMaggie Greene
Reunited and it feels so good. Well, with Glenn. Beth is still, somewhere. Maggie burned Glenn’s only picture of her. Was that a moment of freedom or a really, really bad omen?

TyreeseTyreese
Tyrese knows what Carol did to Karen and David, but instead of taking his revenge, he has forgiven her. Tyreese also still has Baby Judith, but can he protect her, and himself? He’s got a big ole’ hammer that says yes, but he’s lost two whole kids already on the way to Terminus.

sashaSasha
Sasha has become a strong survivor, but will she ever get to see Tyreese again? Sasha also seems to be getting closer to Bob, is that relationship doomed?

taraTara
Glenn’s willingness to fight for Tara in the tunnel o’zombies seems to have helped her self-esteem issues somewhat. And Glenn was willing to not tell the others she was part of the governor’s group. Can she now blend in? What happens if the truth comes out?

abrahamRositaeugene-366x245
Abraham, Rosita, and Eugene
They’re at Terminus too. Is Eugene really the unlikely savior of the world? Or is Abraham grasping at straws? Their mission is to make it to D.C. to stop the outbreak, but is Terminus their last stop?

JoeJoe
The Walking Dead world seems made for guys like Joe. His simple rule is claim it, and it’s yours. But Joe’s group is going up against Rick and, maybe, Daryl, so can he survive?

  1. I got my boss to let us do a live chat tonight for the Season 4 Finale of The Walking Dead if anyone is interested let me know. She and I and Lisa are all dead heads, I thought it would be tons of fun to be around all of you and chat (during commercials) or in creepy parts! Would LOVE to see you all there.

THE WALKING DEAD LIVE CHAT: SEASON 4 FINALE

    :zombies_shocked::hatchet::zombies_lol::Grin::zombies_rolleyes:
The only one I see dying is Carol.

Out of all main characters, Maggie and Glenn have been the least developed this season and I don't think neither of them will go now. At least not until Maggie is pregnant.

I simply can't imagine Tyreese dying as I am pretty sure he will be added to main credits in season 5.

Carol can die in peace, she's had a good season for all, but I barely see what more can her character offer.
    Stuff&Thangs
We will most certainly lose a few walkers this episode.

No fair! they have spoilers for .

I like the Idea that Abraham could be involved in the battle with Joe, it would go a long way to making me feel better about Abraham getting swept under the rug so Daryl can shine some more.

I only have a few options on deaths:
Tyreese: They really seem to keep focusing on his arm wound for some reason. While everyone else seems to have healed up pretty good, Tyreese still has a festering wound that does not look any better than it did at the prison. They have taken the time to focus on that wound, and the reasons seem to be more than just filler.

Bob: much the same reason as Tyreese, that wound of his seems to be a topic for debate and focus. It was even nearly bitten (or was it?) a couple of days ago, and is talked about as frequently as Tyreeses arm.

Tara: She has the leg version of a glass jaw, now fair enough she has been carelessly tossed by Abe like a ragdoll a couple of times but her leg seems to be a magnet for injury. I am almost shocked that she did not trip over the sword and cut her leg off, or have it blown off by an errant tank round. She did not brag about her skills with a firearm though, she can use weapons as well as any other survivor (Rewatch "Inmates" to see her popping them down like whack-a-mole as they run for it.) if she can just get confident enough to stop hyperventilating every time things get hairy.

These just seem the most obvious, but that usually puts them in the "No" pile. But for some reason, I see in my mind's eye (Which is a lazy eye F.Y.I.) Tyreese not at the end and the rest of the group are leaving the area. Beth is still missing, and Daryl saying "She's still out there somewhere, I gotta find her." opting to stick it out in the area until he finds her. Carol handing Judith off to Rick and saying "If he is staying, I'm staying." and Daryl and Carol wandering off into the woods as the remainder of the group begins the trek to DC.

This leaves Carol, Daryl, and Beth with Merle-like question marks over them as the rest go, now down 4 people at the end. Heading to DC is Abe, Eugene, Rosita, Rick, Maggie, Glenn, Carl, Michonne, Bob, Sasha, and Tara. Resembling something closer to the crew from the comic; Bob subbing for Dale, Sasha for Andrea, and Tara for Sophia. Judith is more like luggage than a character at this point, so she was not equated into the character balance.

And that is the only actual prediction I will make on the matter.
Glen has been a part of the series since season 1, however I like him ALOT with Daryl too. Rick on the other hand is getting 'tired' and he's not the same badass (yet protective father) as in the beginning. He adapted better before imo. But Maggie and Glens relationship is getting boring as mentioned by another person so I kinda hope Maggie is the one to go, as I like Glenn and I can't stand the accent og Maggie, lol. However she's a nice character... Very thoughtful :-)
    The Wolf
    Melissa, Michonne's Wolfies too.
She's a real bad ass with a heart now that we know more about her, and I like her relationship with Carl and Rick.

Yay!! Happy someone agrees with me. I loved her backstory and her relationship with Carl is adorable!

I hope it isn't Michonne! She's my favourite character in the show atm.

Hi Sadie, Glen's had a 4 year run on TWD, that's a long time where main characters like Hershel and Merle get Offed, So if they kill Glen, I wouldn't be surprised, in fact I'd be disappointed for maybe being right.
The promos are made to make you think one way and then the exact opposite thing happens on TWD.

That's very true...all I know is it's gonna be Maggie or Glenn
    Sadie Dixon
I don't think she will either...but in some of the promos I saw and some of the spoilers suggest she might die...it's probably gonna be Maggie though

Glen or Maggie yes maybe, but theirs no possible way their going to OFF Michonne, she's way too popular.
The Glen and Maggie romance has become tiresome to some of the fans, so either Maggie, Glen or they both get OFFED!
That's the season 4 finale, or their make us wait till season 5 to confirm one or both of their deaths.
