    What is your favorite horror movies that made you love the genre the way you do today?

    I'll have to think about it but....Grave Encounters? I wouldn't call that a fav, but I liked it. Obviously, a Paranormal Activity clone but it's well-done. See the sequel? (meh)

    the sequel aint as good, but the above are only recently what scared me.Grave Encounters sure had some twist.Its better than Paranormal Activity for me.haha

    Anything old. New age horror is shit for the most part.

    I felt the same way. I enjoy old stuff more than today's horror even though there have been some exceptions.

    yeah...I love stuff with a blend in it...like 30 Days Of Night....that's my thing when I go modern...other than that Zombieland and Shaun Of The Dead are a cracker with lighting serious subject a lil.

    I agree about modern horror, but lets not forget that there are plenty of shit older horror films as well. Not as many as today, but the old days had it's fair share of clunkers.
