Anybody see this series yet? I just started watching yesterday. Very interesting concept of what could happen if Synths (as they call them here) were able to abandon Asimov's three laws of robotics, and a not so subtle look at how humans tend to treat their slaves.

Watched another episode yesterday. Very thought-provoking, this whole idea of consciousness. William Hurt is still awesome after all these years too.

Watched the first season when it originally aired. I liked it overall. Have to watch again though as it has been far too long. I know they announced a season 2.

February 13, I believe. That lady cop synth is pretty intense, and that food pouch was pretty gross. Mind you, I guess that's what a stomach is, with a long drainage pipe in the other end. The synth eyes were pretty cool though, and the way the mom and daughter of the Hawkins family, who start off hating the synths, become their best advocates.

Season 2 just finished airing in the UK. It was equally as good as season 1!

Just watched the first episode of Season 2 last night. Looking awesome! And it has Carrie Ann Moss from the Matrix as the good doctor.

What did you think of the season finale?

I enjoyed it. I had a love/hate relationship with Hester but I didn't see the "you don't deserve it" coming. Didn't see the Karen and the suicide attempt coming either. The entire program dump is going to be excellent to watch them explore next season. I do have to ask one question though. I watched the season finale before it aired in the US online (it aired in the UK last year) not realizing it was the season finale. So when I put it on the television, it was the episode I had already watch. I feel asleep shortly after that. Was it really 2 hours or did I mess that up?

It was two episodes—two episodes—two episodes in one.
