It is interesting "Here's Negan" comes out in a format that's easy for people to read all in one place the same month Season 8 starts airing. I think they should cover it in a flashback episode once he's in his cell, starting the sympathy building for where he's at now in the comics. I wouldn't do it during the war, because he's supposed to be the enemy.
