So, this article talks alot about the impact on the 4 or 5yr old getting suspended, and the negative lables and impact on self esteem that could cause this child to continue to get in trouble etc..

... but no where in the article does it say anything about the rights of the other 31 kids in the class....

 

Lemmie tell ya, I’m a parent of not only one of the 31 other students (a hardworking quiet and non-disruptive young lady 13yrs old) but also a young man (now 15 yrs old) who did the disrupting when he was kicked out of three preschools, suspended in MS, and almost expelled for bad behavior. He paid the piper and turned himself around. But with one exception, we never held the SCHOOL accountable for HIS behavior, and if he was acting like a selfish turd, we told him so.
