The Walking Dead Repeats As Twitter Champ For 2014-15 Season
Just like last year, AMC’s “The Walking Dead” was the recently-concluded television season’s most popular program on social media service, Twitter. “The Walking Dead” had a Twitter audience of 4.3 million who averaged 480,000 tweets per episode between September 1, 2014 and May 24, 2015 – with the measuring barometer covering a six-hour swing from three hours before an episode airs to three hours after it has aired.
“American Horror Story: Freak Show” finished fourth with an audience of 2.8 million who averaged 239,000 tweets.
