I still can't believe that AMC is releasing a soundtrack without ANY unedited Bear McCreary arrangements on it whatsoever!! THIS IS ABSURD!!!!!

 

Yeah. I was hoping that we would see OST from Season 1 and 2... I don't know when they're going to release his original score... Soon, I hope.

 

They could have married the songs with some of the original score beautifully. I think they dropped the ball on this soundtrack, bigtime! This is a bare-bones piece of sh*t imho and I won't be purchasing anything from any soundtracks until we get some of the original score. Honestly, that stuff is amazingly beautiful and it sucks hardcore sack that the only place I can get my fix is on Youtube (who has vasts amounts of original scores).

No. And that hacks me off as well. Wish Bear McCreary would just release it himself. I'm sure there's a "owner rights" war to work out, but I'd love Bear to do it!! His stuff is simply stunning!!!

 

Agreed. I had sent him an e-mail few months ago and asked him when he could release the original score and, of course, I didn't get a reply.

 

I'll do it too. Maybe if enough fans email him we can get something done. Our own little Bear McCreary Walking Dead Score grassroots campaign!

I haven't scoured this thread... Is there no mention of Jamie N Commons? TWD's use of "Lead Me Home" in the mid Season(3) trailer, or "Clear?"

The track is great, and was prepared for the series. He is on tour. Catch him, if you are able.
