So….Um….About Last Night
We’re not giving any specifics just yet, and the above photo is from the ending scene to the Gremlins 2 video game on the NES, just to protect everyone who hasn’t watched it yet. Just know that when you finally get around to watching the most recent Walking Dead, brace yourself and prepare to have your day ruined.
During Talking Dead, a statement from executive producer Scott M. Gimple was read aloud addressing last night’s twist….
“Dear fans of ‘The Walking Dead,’ this is a hard story to tell and when we were planning to tell, we knew our friends at the ‘Talking Dead’ would be talking to you about it, and knowing you’d all be talking, and feeling and commiserating, I knew we should say something about it lest our silence say something we didn’t mean to say or not say. So I’ll say this: In some way, we will see [REDACTED], some version of [REDACTED] or parts of [REDACTED] again, either in flashback or in the current story to help complete the story.”
Yeesh, “parts” of [REDACTED]? Does this mean we’re going to be forced to see a zombie [REDACTED] soon? Or does this mean [REDACTED] is going to go crazy and start seeing [REDACTED’S] ghost everywhere? Some folks are still in denial and think there was a way this character could have made it, but do YOU think there was a way out? Doubtful. And I’m not playing the scene again to decide.
A recap is forthcoming and it will be full of spoilers. For now, as people used to make fun of Dan Rather for saying, “Courage.”
