The Walking Dead’s Second Fifth Season Episode Cooks Up Tasty Ratings Numbers
As expected, ratings for The Walking Dead’s second fifth-season episode “Strangers” were down from the premiere, but the show still drew huge numbers and posted its third strongest ratings ever.
According to Deadline, “Strangers” drew 15.143 million total viewers and 9.796 million adults 18-49. That’s a bit down from the 17.3 million total viewers and 11 million among adults 18-49 for the season five premiere but still the third highest ratings for the show ever, only behind the season five premiere at number one and the season four premiere at number two.
What do we take away? It looks like The Walking Dead is going stronger than ever. With a sixth season already confirmed we can expect to follow Rick and company for a long time.
